Meerdink promoted to Girbau North America accounting associate

Oshkosh, Wis.– Girbau North America (GNA) recently promoted Grant Meerdink, of Appleton, Wis., to accounting associate. He joined GNA in 2018 as consumer financing associate.

In his new role, Meerdink assists with general accounting functions, including accounts receivable and cash management for all GNA subsidiaries. He also handles customer accounts and questions regarding payments, invoices and returns; monthly tax return preparation; account reconciliation; and inventory management.

Meerdink holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Marian University, in Fond du Lac, Wis.

“GNA is fortunate to have Grant grow in his contributions to the company,” said Christine Skupas, director of finance administration. “He’s more than proven himself as a competent young professional and we look forward to him climbing the ranks into the future.”

Meerdink maintains he appreciates the opportunity. “I’m looking forward to using my financial background to keep GNA’s internal financial status strong,” he said.
